The University of Alabama, Alabama Water Institute (AWI) and the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Next Generation Water Observing System (NGWOS) will host the Water Observing Technology Forum.
The 23-26 June 2025 event in Tuscaloosa, AL is also supported by the Cooperative Institute for Research to Operations in Hydrology (CIROH).
The forum will showcase the latest research into innovative technologies and methods for measuring water quantity, quality, and availability.
Participants will represent federal and state agencies, industry, academia, resource management agencies, and non-governmental organizations. In-person attendance will be limited to 150 registrants to maximize networking and demonstration opportunities. However, virtual attendance will be available to all interested parties.
Our experts in water sensors & software will be present to discuss innovations in ground-based and remote sensing, advanced hydrological data analytics & forecasting.
